1. Services Offered

Danielle Does Marketing is a creative marketing agency catering to small local businesses, providing services including but not limited to photography, branding, SEO, website design, user experience, customer journey mapping, content creation, content strategy, and marketing consulting.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are prohibited from engaging Danielle Does Marketing for projects related to the adult industry, firearms, illegal substances, and any other activities deemed illegal or unethical. Users must ensure all provided information is accurate and complete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials created by Danielle Does Marketing under client direction are owned by Danielle Does Marketing and may be used as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are granted usage rights for all materials created specifically for their projects.

4. Payment Policies

Payments are accepted via bank transfers or processed through Stripe and Quickbooks invoices. All retainers are non-refundable, and refunds are not provided due to the nature of the services. Clients are obligated to pay the full balance of their contract upon termination of services before the end of the contract period.

5. Termination of Use

Clients may terminate services at any time. However, they are required to pay the remainder of the balance for the contracted period. There is no obligation for clients to renew contracts upon expiration.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Danielle Does Marketing is not responsible for the specific results of any marketing strategy or campaign, acknowledging that marketing outcomes can vary widely.
